Acceptance of work.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue.
Websites.
All website packages include the registration of a co.za domain. If you wish to register a .com .biz etc the client will be required to cover the extra cost.
CMS - Content Management System. Uploading of images, editing content, products or services. Two (2) hours Training will be provided to a maximum of (2) two staff members. Any further training required will be charged at an hourly rate of R250.00.
Any changes requested after the client has signed off the completed website will be charged at R250.00 p/hr.
Websites that are offered at a reduced rate are subject to the client hosting their domain on CubeFX's Gold Hosting Package @ R90 per month. The client is required to host for a minimum of 12 months, but hosting agreements are on a month to month bases and can therefore be terminated with a 30 day notice. If the client cancels their hosting agreement within the 12 month period the client will be liable to pay a minimum fee of R 500.00 or the market related value of the website.
Payment Terms.
All invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date.
Debit orders are processed on the 1st of every month.
If a debit order is returned unpaid for more than two consecutive months, CubeFX reserves the right to remove a clients website from the Internet, if payments are not settled immediately.
All payment is in South African Rands.
No development will be published live or delivered to the client until all outstanding fees have been received and verified.
